Upon termination of an account due to breach of these terms, solts reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the severity of the breach. In cases of termination for non-breach reasons (such as regulatory instruction), solts will endeavour to return verified funds to the User's registered payment method within thirty (30) business days.
